RETURNING AN ITEM
We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If you change your mind, you can return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Ensure all original packaging and labels are intact, and the product is undamaged and unused, excluding normal examination.
For returns over £50, we recommend using tracked shipping and insurance. We aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns must be mailed, as we do not accept in-person returns.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds or e-vouchers may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts. We may need to adjust your refund if there’s a reduction in value due to any unnecessary handling.
If goods are approved for return within 30 days but returned after, you will receive an e-voucher.
To initiate a return, use our Returns Centre on the website, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is unfortunately non-refundable.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT GOODS
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods. If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.' Notify us within 2 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Do not dispose of packaging, as this will invalidate the return.
For larger items, a repair or replacement will be offered, or a refund/e-voucher if out of stock. Any agreed collection will be chargeable.
WARRANTIES
For items with a manufacturer’s warranty beyond 30 days, contact us or the manufacturer directly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
EXCLUSIONS
There are some exclusions for eligibility to return including used goods, perishable goods, personalised or Made To Order products such as some of our furniture, lighting, wallpaper, fabrics, paint ranges indicated with the Made To Order tag. This also applies to sealed products including beauty and fragrances, jewellery, hygiene goods, face masks, electrical items and gift cards. Unless there is a fault with these items or they are damaged then we are unable to accept a return.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
STANDARD FREE DELIVERY OFFER
If a return reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, we may charge for shipping.
REFUSAL OF GOODS
Refusing goods is not considered a return unless they are visibly damaged. Follow the return instructions; refusal at delivery may incur return and delivery attempt charges.
REFUND POLICY
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are processed within 5 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund hasn’t arrived, first confirm that the returned goods were delivered to us. If 14 days have passed, check tracking details before contacting us. It may take up to 5 days for refunds to post, with up to 10 days for PayPal refunds.
SALE ITEMS
Refunds or exchanges on sale items are not offered after 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, contact us with your order number and details. We will issue an authorisation code to include in your package. Exchanges are only accepted with prior authorisation. An e-voucher will be issued for repurchase.
