Papilio Recycled Velvet Fabric

These stunningly hand painted butterflies were inspired by the UK’s most threatened species, the Argynnis Adippe. A mix of gold and amber inks are used to depict the intricate wing patterns of this beautiful golden butterfly species.

The velvet samples are approximately A5 size.

This velvet is made out of 100% recycled plastic bottles and a sustainable option for you to have fabulous designs in your home and do your part for our planet. The colours on each design are slightly desaturated and digitally printed onto this beautiful texture captured within this fabric base, evoking a highly luxurious feel.
